The Reason You Should Read This Numis Network Article:
Since you are reading this article, I assume you are either reviewing the company, or you are a part of the Numis Network and are looking to understand it better and become more successful. The only way to do this is to make sure you get all your questions answered and are fully aware of what it is going to take to build a successful home business.
It’s also important to have answers to your questions, like ‘are they a scam?’ and to really UNDERSTAND what it’s going to take to get involved. Although I′m not involved in with them personally, I coach many people who are, and have helped many people have breakthroughs in their business.
It is my intention that by the time you are through with this article, you will have a clear idea of whether you want to partner with them or not.
A Brief Review Of their Leadership:
I recommend you start by looking at who is at the helm of the company first. Why? Well, they are the ones who are going to make the decisions which in turn will affect your future, right? Two of the corporate team members started a company called IDSTC, “which became a premier provider of technology and software services for the direct selling industry.”
You have to factor in the leadership of the company because if they are not looking to be in the marketplace for the long haul, you just wasted money and a lot of time.
Keep in mind also that just because a person is successful in running a business in one industry does not mean they will be successful in a different type of market. With Numis Network, the founders have run direct sales businesses in he past, so this is a plus.
A Review Of the Compensation Plan:
There is a Binary compensation plan in Numis which simply means that you are building just 2 sales organizations. Any time a distributor sponsors more than 2 business partners, the additional rep will go below the existing team and into the next available spot in the organization.
Binary’s have been some what successful when utilized by companies that have market driven products and services in place. Numis is no exception, though the company is still too new to know for sure what their long term success will be.
The advantage to Binary Commission Plans is that it has an ability to create a sense of team synergy. In other words, when you place distributors underneath each other, people tend to get excited quickly.
The downside to Numis Network’s binary structure is that it gives it’s reps a false sense of business security and growth. Reps get lazy and ignorantly believe they will sit back and have someone else build their business for them. BIG mistake! No one will ever build a business for you.
I only want to point this out to you so you do not EVER make this mistake! You are going to have to work and produce results.
Their Products:
Numis says on their corporate website that ” We specialize in the highest grade, modern issue coins produced by leading government mints from around the world. More specifically, they are specializing in an ever growing selection of valuable silver and gold Numismatic coins that the marketplace wants.
The company states that We only sell coins which have been certified by the largest and most trusted coin grading services.” The obvious advantage is that graded coins are certified and “ultrasonically encapsulated″ for preservation, presentation and long term value.
From the company’s point of view, they are letting you know that they are offering value to its reps and that you are not just getting a product that is a waste of money and will never benefit you as a consumer.
The coins seem to be of high quality value. But, I am in no way an expert on coins, so you will need to do your research. Next, ask yourself how the products affect the opportunity. The first question you should ask before you get involved with Numis is, ‘Would I buy these products normally if I was not going to be involved in the opportunity?’
If the answer is no, then you had better steer clear. If you’re serious about getting involved, contact an authorized distributor and try it out for a month. If you don’t find that they produce results for you, don’t join. If however, you thoroughly enjoy the products and you feel passionate about them, then this might be the right company for you.
Company Training:
In the Numis Network, this is where I see the majority of the problems coming from. 95% of the distributors are using the out dated strategies (hotel meetings, home parties, etc) to build their business and not leveraging all the new and powerful internet technology and tools we have today.
