Customer service should be a cornerstone of every good business. If a customer has a problem, make sure you get it solved as quickly and painlessly as possible. Knowing that you deal well with any issues that may arise will make a customer much more likely to come back.

2. Whatever service or product you provide should be of high quality and standard. If people like your wares or the services you provide, they probably won’t go anywhere else for that product in the future.
3. Performing surveys can give you great insight is the desires and needs of your customer base. It gives you ideas on what you can improve, and what you’re already doing well.
